About Me
My Journey
I have had a lifetime journey with managing my health and also maintaining an over 150 lb weight loss. Battling autoimmune conditions that include Lupus & others have been minor setbacks along my course. However, in my journey I have met outstanding trainers and practitioners that have assisted me regain not only my strength but the helped align me with the right resources and supplements to assist me on my path to health and wellness.
As a former Professional Makeup Artist and Licensed Esthetician, I have access to resources and have knowledge to help maintain the outside of the body as well.
So here, on my website I will share my resources for both health and wellness with an approach of taking care of the inside and outside, as well as some other interests of mine - like jewelry and fashion.
